About the Facilitators

Josh: Josh is the dynamic founder of KV Fit, a trailblazing gym in Galleywood, Chelmsford where exercise meets fun. With a fervent passion for coaching and an amazing talent for motivating others, Josh transforms workouts into enjoyable experiences. His innovative approach blends high-energy training with motivating music, which is why KV fit has become ago-to destination for those looking to elevate their fitness journey.

Nancy: Nancy is a devoted mother of two young kids and a passionate advocate for whole foods. Balancing her corporate career with entrepreneurial endeavors, she founded Honey + Spice and All Things Nice, a company dedicated to providing nutritious and beautifully curated food experiences. From artisanal food boxes to elaborate grazing tables, Nancy’s offerings are perfect for events and retreats alike. Driven by her commitment to offering only the best, she ensures that every product she delivers is made with the highest quality ingredients. Nancy’s mission is to inspire others to embrace wholesome eating while enjoying the art of food.

Hope: Hope is a 33-year-old warrior and ten-year stage 4 cancer survivor whose journey embodies resilience and an unwavering will to live. Diagnosed with a formidable challenge at a young age, she has spent the past decade not just fighting for her life but truly living it, with a spirit that inspires everyone she meets.

Her most recent battle took her to Los Angeles, where she balanced grueling treatment with a pursuit that has always grounded her—yoga. Amid the chaos of many treatments and the uncertainty of her future, Hope completed her yoga teacher training, deepening her practice and sharing her light with others.

Hope's yoga style is as unique and powerful as she is. Known for her no-nonsense approach, she believes in the importance of putting in the work, both on and off the mat. Unlike some instructors who lean into a more gentle, fluffy style, Hope is all about accountability and pushing her students to reach their full potential. Her classes are a blend of intensity, focus, and unwavering support, reflecting her own journey of strength and perseverance. With Hope, yoga becomes more than just a practice—it's a transformative experience that challenges you to grow, both physically and mentally.

Tracy: Tracy is a dedicated mother and entrepreneur, who found her calling in the most challenging of times. When her youngest daughter was diagnosed with cancer, Tracy discovered the transformative power of meditation in the depths of that storm. This journey led her to share this gift with others and that’s how Metanoia Mindfulness was born.

Today, Tracy collaborates with her two adult daughters—both business partners in this heartfelt venture—to create serene, transformative meditation experiences. Known for her beautifully crafted scripts, Tracy guides participants on a deeply calming journey, often set in a soothing, scented candlelit room. Her gentle, calming approach leaves everyone feeling as though a great weight has been lifted, offering peace and solace by the end of each practice.

Jen: Jen is someone who has been on a journey and now uses those valuable life lessons to help others navigate their best route forward. Having experienced an almost transformational process herself, she is passionate to share what she’s discovered.

With over 20 years’ experience as an HR Manager, working with companies of various shapes and sizes, expanding her knowledge and qualifications to become a Health & Wellbeing Coach was the perfect accompaniment to her already ‘people focused’ career.

Jen’s awakening happened after having her second son, she’d reached an all-time high on the scales and felt sluggish and unhealthy. Not the energetic Mum of 2 that she envisaged. Having always been a bit of a perfectionist, losing control of her weight took its toll on her body and mind. She knew she needed to ‘feel better’ but wasn’t sure how. It was then that she met an incredible coach who undoubtedly changed her life for the better…

Jen is a naturally driven person and when she commits to something, she commits wholeheartedly. Being passionate about what she does gives her the enthusiasm and energy to reach her goals, she has now learnt the true value of ‘support’ since working with her coach. That personalised 1:1 education and encouragement enabled her to go beyond the goals she’d set myself, pushing past her own limitations to accomplishments that she’d never imagined were possible.

Education is key when it comes to health and wellbeing – shooting in the dark is not the way forward. Learning to understand what your body needs and what it’s capable of doing opens up a raft of possibilities.

Jen’s journey uncovered a love of Functional Fitness and Olympic Lifting, leading her to achieve a qualification as a Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer and Women Wellness Practitioner, further expanding her knowledge of what’s best for our bodies. She learnt to eat to perform, appreciating the importance of nutrition, sleep, movement and wellbeing.
